About this Workshop

Working towards long term goals is hard. But it's not because we're unmotivated. Most of us have a perfectly functional motivational system, it's just directed to different things. Directing your motivation towards long term goals starts with one thing: clarity. Clarity is best found by asking the right questions. This workshop's purpose is to learn and use tools and problem-solving processes for finding those right questions and clarity with your goals - and get motivated to work towards them!

To whom

You have a goal you want to achieve this year or maybe develop yourself personally or professionally. Maybe you have set some goals, but starting has been a wee bit more difficult than you anticipated. It seems that something is stopping you but you’re not quite sure what it is and what to do about it.

About the execution

This is not a lecture about goal setting - it's a creative problem solving workshop. Everyone gets to participate, share and learn from others while working towards finding clarity with own goals. You will need your personal note taking tools and a working microphone to participate. You will learn different problem-solving processes that you can use in your own life and chancing situations in it. The ultimate goal of the workshop is not in finding one answer or solution to rule them all, but to find better questions… Funny thing, learning how to ask the right questions can help you more in the long run than one right answer right now!

Where do I sign up!

The online event space opens 15 minutes before the actual workshop so feel free to join in for a casual chat and mingling with other participants. Same thing after the workshop, we’ll keep the line open for a while longer if want to chat with each other
